Serving Looks and Scares: The Filipino Celebs and Personalities Who Owned Halloween 2026

Before the Christmas festivities begin, there is one occasion that gives everyone the freedom to dress up as whoever or whatever they want: Halloween.

In the Philippines, the spooky season has also become an opportunity for celebrities and personalities to showcase their creativity and step outside their usual styles. From recreating iconic pop culture characters to putting their own spin on Halloween-inspired looks, stars never fail to make the occasion a memorable one.

This 2026, several Halloween parties, including Shake, Rattle, & Ball and The New Nocturnals, brought together some of the biggest names in entertainment, giving celebrities the chance to show off their most creative, daring, and show-stopping looks.

With that, here’s a roundup of the Filipino celebrities and personalities who went viral and stole the spotlight during Halloween 2026.

Of course, to kick off our list, we have the creative minds behind two of this year’s biggest Halloween parties: Ash Rye and Mond Gutierrez of The New Nocturnals, and Tim Yap of Shake, Rattle, and Ball.

For The New Nocturnals, Ash Rye transformed into Satine, the legendary “Sparkling Diamond” portrayed by Nicole Kidman in the iconic film Moulin Rouge!, while Mond Gutierrez embraced a vintage vampire look.

Tim Yap

Meanwhile, Tim Yap took inspiration from Greek mythology, transforming into Polyphemus, the legendary one-eyed Cyclops known for his immense strength, mystery, and contradictions. As he described it, “One eye, but a thousand ways of seeing the world.”

“Because to me, Halloween has never been just about dressing up. It’s about transforming, stepping outside yourself, embracing the unfamiliar and bringing the impossible to life,” he wrote.

One of the biggest stars to make a statement this Halloween season is Andrea Brillantes, who pulled off four equally iconic looks across three different Halloween parties.

For The New Nocturnals, Andrea paid tribute to the legendary Charlie Chaplin, stepping into the comedian’s signature look with a tuxedo and bowler hat, offering a playful take on the iconic character.

Andrea also served two memorable transformations for her beauty brand Lucky Beauty‘s Halloween party, titled ‘Dark Romance: Til Death Do Us Prom,’ where she launched three eyeshadow palettes and two new scents. She first channeled Carrie, the titular character from the classic horror film, before paying homage to Marilyn Monroe in her iconic “Happy Birthday, Mr. President” dress.

However, it was her final look at Shake, Rattle, & Ball that arguably became her most talked-about transformation of the season. Andrea made a daring appearance, seemingly wearing nothing but a few newspapers to cover herself.

Who says Halloween costumes have to be spooky? Alexa Ilacad and Darren Espanto proved that a little nostalgia can go a long way with their fun and memorable Halloween looks.

For their first costume this year, the duo took everyone back to the early 2000s as they brought the iconic characters Sharkboy and Lavagirl from The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl to life.

They then switched things up for their second look at Analog MNL’s Halloween party, where they channeled the beloved Minions from the Despicable Me franchise. Their playful take on the animated characters earned them the Best Duo Costume award.

Well, when talking about iconic and sexy female characters in horror films, Jennifer Check from Jennifer’s Body definitely deserves a spot on the list. And for this Halloween, Criza Taa took on the character, and honestly, she absolutely killed it.

From her makeup and outfit to the overall look, Criza completely transformed into Jennifer, capturing the character’s signature beauty and attitude.

Francine Diaz

The Mad Hatter may be known for his eccentric personality and unpredictable antics in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, but Francine Diaz gave the beloved character a glamorous makeover.

For The New Nocturnals, the actress brought the iconic literary character to life with a stunning transformation, proving that even the Mad Hatter can have a beautiful and fashionable side.

Heart Evangelista proved that even the simplest Halloween look can come with an unexpected twist.

At first glance, the actress appeared in a simple white dress, but the surprise was revealed when she turned around. Knives attached to the back of her gown created the illusion that she had been stabbed multiple times.

And what can we say? Iconic.

Straight out of Pandora, Jason Dy went all out to bring the world of Avatar to life for Halloween.

The singer transformed into Jake Sully, the film’s iconic Na’vi warrior, impressing fans with his dedication to the look. From covering himself in blue paint to completing the character’s signature appearance, Jason fully committed to the transformation.

“One life ends, another begins,” he wrote after wrapping up his Halloween appearance at The New Nocturnals.

Kai Montinola

While some stars opted for scary, sexy, and spooky transformations, Kai Montinola brought a touch of royalty to Halloween as she stepped into the shoes of Mia Thermopolis, the heir to the throne and Princess of Genovia from The Princess Diaries.

What made Kai’s transformation even more special was that she paid tribute to both sides of Mia’s journey: her look before becoming a princess and her glamorous transformation after discovering her royal identity. It was a nostalgic and elegant take on the beloved film character.

Kyline Alcantara

For Kyline Alcantara, Halloween called for a futuristic transformation as she brought her own interpretation of Robot Maria from Fritz Lang’s 1927 science fiction film Metropolis.

Paying tribute to one of cinema’s most iconic robotic characters, Kyline embraced a metallic, robotic look that reimagined the character for a modern audience. “She was the future in 1927. She still is. Nearly a century later, her vision of the future remains timeless,” Kyline wrote.

The iconic love team of Lella Ford and Joaquin Arce took their Halloween transformation to another level by channeling one of cinema’s most recognizable couples, Chani and Paul Atreides from Dune.

The duo fully embraced the characters’ futuristic and otherworldly aesthetic, delivering an epic transformation worthy of the sci-fi film franchise. It was also a refreshing change for the love team, as they stepped into an entirely different world and brought the beloved characters to life for Halloween.

When it comes to iconic on-screen romances, few couples are as unforgettable as Jack and Rose from Titanic. This Halloween, the timeless love story found its way to the spotlight once again as Leni Aycardo and Hajie Alejandro recreated the beloved characters.

From their costumes to their take on some of the film’s most memorable moments, the couple paid tribute to one of cinema’s most enduring love stories.

“Some love stories are timeless, and some become legendary. Tonight, we paid tribute to Jack and Rose, recreating the iconic moments of a love story that continues to inspire generations,” Leni wrote.

Ever wondered what Pennywise would look like with a girlfriend? Lovi Poe might just have the answer. The actress gave the iconic horror villain a feminine makeover as she transformed into a female version of Pennywise for The New Nocturnals.

Staying true to the character’s eerie charm, Lovi even came with a playful yet chilling invitation for her followers. “Come closer? There’s a balloon here with your name on IT,” she wrote. And honestly, with an invitation like that, who could resist?

Maris Racal

Looking for a sexy and show-stopping Halloween transformation? Maris Racal certainly understood the assignment as she paid tribute to Rihanna, recreating the singer’s iconic Swarovski crystal dress.

Adding another layer to her transformation, Maris also borrowed one of Rihanna’s memorable quotes from her acceptance speech at the CFDA Fashion Awards, where she received the Fashion Icon Award.

“She can beat me, but she cannot beat my outfit,” Maris wrote, giving her Halloween look an extra dose of Rihanna’s signature confidence and fashion-forward attitude.
