MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Health (DOH) on Friday warned that a certain page using the agency’s name to promote cure for insomnia is fake. In a Facebook advisory, the DOH said that “misleading claims” online said that an alleged “nutritional milk” is the cure for chronic insomnia.
