Bicol records 6 firecracker-related injuries on Christmas Day


LEGAZPI CITY — The Department of Health (DOH) in the Bicol region said on Thursday (Dec. 26) that it recorded six firecracker-related injuries during Christmas Day celebrations. MANILA, Philippines — The Kanlaon Volcano on Negros Island spewed ash 300 meters above its crater in the afternoon of Christmas Day, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).
