MANILA, Philippines — A low pressure area (LPA) was monitored outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Tuesday evening, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. Bus company exec, partner slain in Cotabato gun attack


KABACAN, Cotabato – The police and military have launched a manhunt against gunmen who ambushed and killed a bus company official and his live-in partner along the national highway here on  at around 2:45 p.m. on Monday.
