Alaska celebrates World Milk Day 2018

In line with the celebration of World Milk Day 2018, Alaska Milk Corporation once again hosted a series of activities on June 1st, Friday, held simultaneously in key cities nationwide: San Pedro-Laguna Town Plaza, Alaska Plant in San Pedro-Laguna, Rizal Triangle Multi-Purpose Gymin Olongapo, and at the Alaska head office in Makati City.

To strengthen its thrust of promoting the benefits of drinking milk and the importance of keeping a healthy and active lifestyle, Alaska kicked off the morning with the “Alaska Takbo and Sayaw” a combination of the Alaska Gatas for Breakfast dance-exercise and Fun Run, capped off with a milk toast along with the rest of the world.

World Milk Day is celebrated annually around the world, aimed at giving focus on milk as a global food for good health and well-being spanning all cultures and nations.
