Bongbong wants Associate Justice out of his election case

Former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on Monday asked Associate Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa to inhibit from his election protest against Vice President Leni Robredo.

Marcos filed his petition before the Supreme Court sitting as Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET).

Caguioa is the justice in-charge of Marcos’ election protest, which is currently pending before the PET.  /kga
