MANILA, Philippines — National Democratic Front of the Philippines peace consultant and Philippine Peace Center Executive Director Rey Claro Casambre was arrested by the police in Cavite on Friday.
Chief Supt. Edward Carranza, Regional Director of Calabarzon Police, confirmed this to INQUIRER.net in a text message.
