House OKs draft federal charter on 3rd reading

THE House of Representatives on Tuesday approved on third and final reading the draft charter for a federal system of government.

Voting 224-22-3, lawmakers passed the Resolution of Both Houses (RBH) 15, which amends the 1987 Constitution.
