Power interruptions in Taguig, Cavite, Laguna

MANILA, Philippines — Customers of the Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) in selected areas should expect power interruptions in the coming days.
In separate advisories on Twitter, Meralco advised residents of Taguig, Cavite and Sta. Rosa, Laguna to expect power interruptions in their respective areas.
Meralco said the power interruption in Taguig City is due to the line reconductoring works along Rajah Sumakwel. The interruption would be between 11:30 p.m. of Dec. 27 until 4:30 a.m.of Dec. 28.
The following areas in Taguig will be affected: Portion of Rajah Sumakwel St. from Purok 2A in Brgy. Central Bicutan to Lapu-Lapu St. in Brgy. Upper Bicutan and portion of Makintar St. from Purok 2A in Brgy. Central Bicutan to Calibuso St. in Brgy. Upper Bicutan
Meanwhile, residents of Maragondon, Naic, and Ternate in Cavite City will also experience power interruption between 8 a.m. and 8:59 a.m. and from 2:01 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. of Dec. 26.
Interruption is part of the preventive maintenance and testing works inside the Meralco-Puerto Azul substation.
A portion of Dr. C. Nuñez St. from Brgy. Labac in Naic to and including Brgys. Pinagsanhan 1-A & 1-B in Maragondon; Brgys. Bucana, town proper, San Jose, San Juan I & II and Sapang I & II in Ternate will be affected.
Lastly, those residing in Sta. Rosa, Laguna will have power interruptions from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. of Dec. 30.
Meralco said this is due to the line reconstruction works along North Main Ave. in Laguna Technopark.
EMS Land Services, Tri International Philippines and LTI Gate 2 Entrance in Laguna Technopark in Brgy. Don Jose will be the affected areas./lb
