LOOK: Third BOL plebiscite certificate of canvass arrives at Comelec headquarters

MANILA, Philippines – The third certificate of canvass (COC) of the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) plebiscite arrived at the headquarters of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) Thursday afternoon.
The National Plebiscite Board of Canvassers received the certificate for the province of Basilan at 4p.m.
The COC was personally delivered by Atty. Muamar Guyo, the provincial election supervisor of Basilan.
The COC of Isabela City, arrived at the Comelec headquarters at 3:10 p.m.
So far, only the regional office of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao has not delivered its COC to Comelec’s headquarters in Manila.
The first COC that arrived at the Comelec headquarters was from Cotabato City Wednesday afternoon. / gsg
