MANILA, Philippines — The Civil Service Commission (CSC) appealed on Sunday to the set of graduates this 2019 to take its pen and paper exam.

CSC Commissioner Atty. Aileen Lizada said that newly graduates have the advantage because their learnings are still fresh.

“Is it good for those who are newly graduates or still studying to take the exams? Mas advantageous ba? Yes,” Lizada said in a press conference.

“That’s why I am appealing to the fresh graduates, or for those who are still studying, take the exams now kasi yung iba ang tagal magtake ng exams,” she added.
