THROUGH Proclamation 695, Malacañang declared Thursday, April 4, a special non working holiday in Antipolo City for the commemoration of the 21st anniversary of its cityhood. The declaration aims to “give full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.” The celebration will consist of various activities, including a grand float parade competition, musical ensemble contest and job fair.
