Abu Sayyaf member nabbed in Quezon City

An Abu Sayyaf Group member was apprehended in Quezon City, Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief General Oscar Albayalde said on Monday, 11 years after a warrant for his arrest was issued.
Abuhair Kullim Indal alias Annual Dasil and Abu Khair was arrested in his residence in Barangay Culiat at 4:25 p.m. on Sunday.
Authorities retrieved a hand grenade during the operation.
Indal faces charges of kidnapping and serious illegal detention based on a warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court in Isabela City, Basilan in January 2008.
