Damosaland, Connovate sign MoA to build renewable Danish Bldg

DAMOSA Land Inc. (DLI) and Connovate Philippines Inc. (CPI) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) on the supply of eco-friendly Danish precast technology using ultra high performance concrete with 100 years material lifespan, superior earthquake and fire resistant and resilient homes in their Project in Ameria, the first premier subdivision in Davao Del Norte, which will highlight wide open spaces and generous lot estate offering in Agriya.

Agriya is the first master planned agri-tourism development in the Davao Region located in Panabo City. It will feature residential, institutional, commercial and recreation components in the development.

DLI is the real estate developer and property development arm of Anflocor Group. DLI has been at the forefront of development in Mindanao. Such projects like residential, offices, mixed use, industrial, and leisure projects are being developed as DLI continue to evolve in achieving valuable innovations.

CPI, established in the Philippines in 2018, is a building technology company that introduces the eco-friendly ultra high performance concrete building panels from Denmark. It has provided world class homes in the provinces of Cavite, Batangas, Cabanatuan and Bicol Region. The first factory is in Silang Cavite and its on-going construction for its second factory in Iriga City.

Under the agreement, CPI will set up its factory in Anflo Industrial Estate in Panabo City and supply DLI with Connovate building panels.
