MANILA, Philippines — Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro “Teddyboy” Locsin Jr.’s “noted” reply “shows no remorse for his insulting and boorish remarks,” Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan said Wednesday.

He added that Locsin’s apology to Vice President Leni Robredo was “insincere.”

“It simply proves that he has shown no remorse for his insulting and boorish remarks and that his apology was insincere,” Pangilinan said in a message to INQUIRER.net.

His reaction comes after Locsin replied “noted” after Pangilinan said the Foreign Affairs Secretary should be charged for insulting Robredo by calling her “boba” (stupid).
