A pair of thieves returned a “WWE” package which belonged to a 5-year-old autistic child, scheduled to undergo brain surgery.

The stolen package contains replicas of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (WWE) championship belts, prized possessions of Timmy Vick from Delaware, United States, as reported by ABC-affiliate KOMO-TV last Thursday, June 27. While the report does not state how the autistic child got to own the replica belts, these belts were supposed to be delivered to Sergio Moriera, a sports memorabilia artist, who offered to customize them.

Vick’s WWE belts arrived on Moriera’s porch in Washington, but before it could be retrieved by the artist, it was stolen by thieves last Monday, June 24.

The package was soon returned after news of the theft and Moriera’s plea gained attention.
