MPD cop gunned down in QC

A policeman was shot dead by two-motorcycle riding gunmen in front of a gas station in Quezon City yesterday.
The Quezon City Police District Station 7 (Cubao) identified the victim as Police Master Sgt. Edgar Morada, a member of the Manila Police District.
A closed-circuit television footage obtained by the police showed Morada was onboard his motorcycle parked in front of a gasoline station at the corner of Granada and Valencia Streets in Barangay Valencia at around 12:55 p.m.
Minutes later, two men riding a motorcycle and both wearing face masks and helmets appeared and shot the victim then fled.
Morada died on the spot from multiple bullet wounds.
Probers said Morada was assigned to the MPD Station 5 (Ermita) and was listed as a high value target for his alleged involvement in illegal drugs. (Alexandria San Juan)
