Flooding in parts of Metro but roads remain passable – MMDA

THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Friday reported flooding in areas affected by heavy rain but roads remained passable to all types of vehicles.
As of 8:24 a.m., flooding was recorded in EDSA northbound and south bound, EDSA Ortigas.
Eight inches of water was reported along España corner Bluementritt, España Lacson northbound and southbound, España Antipolo, RMB Pureza, Otis Paco, Quirino Roxas, Along P. Burgos and Taft Ayala.
Thirteen inches of flood was reported in RMB Dela Fuente.
