Beauty Bar: Azzaro Wanted Girl eau de parfum

What it is: A new fragrance for women from Azzaro that marks the first female scent for the popular Wanted perfume collection.
The fragrance, which is designed to push the wearer, “to rise to the challenge as an ode to untameable, radiant beauty,” boasts a floral-oriental fragrance with a kick of gourmand.
The new scent features notes of ginger blossom, orange blossom, pink pepper and pomegranate at its top; heart notes of datura and dulce de leche; and a base of Haitian vetiver, tonka and patchouli essence.
It Girl model Georgia Fowler is the face of the new Wanted fragrance campaign.
What we say: This scent is sweet and pretty — while also being just a little bit different.
While our tester wasn’t too fond of the bottle (the pistol design seems a little bit off, although we understand the tie-in to the ongoing Wanted fragrance collection flacons), she was very pleased with the elixir inside.
The fruity top notes mostly alluded our tester’s nose, leaving her smelling more of the sweeter middle notes at first spritz. The more earthy base notes kept this scent from being too sweet though, a welcome scent balance that’s missing from some gourmand-category fragrances on the market at the moment.
The eau de parfum wore well on the skin throughout the day and remained as a soft lingering scent by day’s end.
