Langley RCMP investigate calf killed by trespassers at dairy farm

Mounties in Langley are investigating after two suspects allegedly broke into a dairy farm and killed a newborn calf.
Cpl. Holly Largy, a spokeswoman for the Langley RCMP, confirmed that they were looking into allegations that a man and woman trespassed into Eagle Acres Dairy in the early morning hours of last Thursday, stabbed a calf, and loaded it into an SUV.
According to a Facebook post by Eagle Acres, the five-day-old calf was “brutally killed” and loaded into a high-end SUV, possibly a BMW or a Mercedes.
The owners are hoping that someone may know something about the incident and call the RCMP.
