Whether you’re shopping for a back-to-school haul, looking for few key pieces to add to your work-to-weekend wardrobe, or just love the thrill of the hunt — you’re in luck.

The annual Aritzia Warehouse Sale is back.

If you’re one of the fashionistas who is dedicated enough to line up for hours (because the wait will be that long) in order to shop the Vancouver-based brand’s designs at big discounts, there are a few things to know before you go:

Thousands of shoppers line up each year for the annual Aritzia Warehouse Sale. Rafe Arnott/PNG / PNG

When: Aug. 28 to Sept. 2, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Where: Vancouver Convention Centre West (1055 Canada Place)

Why you should care: A wide variety of the company’s fall/winter and spring/summer designs from the in-house brands such as Wilfred, Babaton, Sunday Best and TNA, as well as accessories, denim and shoes have been discounted between 50 and 90 per cent off original retail prices.

We got a sneak peak at the sale highlights and spotted the brand favourite TNA Equator Leggings for $9.99 (regular price $25), a Babaton Kolten Sweater for $59.99 (regular price $98) and the Babaton Tadao Dress for $59.99 (regular price $189).

1. Get there early. Doors open at 7 a.m.  but shoppers will be lined up well before then.

2. If you like it, grab it. Odds are, if you blink, you’ll miss it

3. Dress for success. Wear clothes that can easily slip on and off.

4. Consider your underwear. With only communal fitting rooms, you’ll be stripping down with strangers

5. Keep your eyes open. Especially in the fitting rooms — look to see what is around, because what may not fit the girl next door may be perfect for you.

6. Go hands-free. Opt for a small purse, or no purse. Bag check is required at the door and it can slow down your start.

7. Check back. New product is added throughout the day and each morning of the sale

8. Be prepared. Cash, debit and credit cards are all accepted
