 Signal No. 1 remained up in some Cagayan, Apayao, Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, northern portion of Zambales, Tarlac.

Gale warning was raised in Batanes, Calayan and Babuyan Islands, Cagayan, Ilocos Norte, Isabela, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Aurora, Zambales, Bataan, Camarines Provinces, Catanduanes; eastern coasts of alabay, Sorsogon and Quezon including Polilio Island; western coast of Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, and northern and western coast of Palawan.

Pagasa advised small fishing vessels against venturing into seaboards with gale warning and in those areas under Signal No. 1 due to possible rough sea conditions.

On Wednesday, light to moderate with intermittent heavy rains will be experienced over Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Bangsamoro, Mindoro Provinces, and Palawan including Calamian and Cuyo Islands due to the southwest monsoon.
