Burnaby RCMP, Coquitlam search and rescue seek missing man

Coquitlam search and rescue crews have been brought in to help Burnaby RCMP locate a missing man.

Nathan Morgan, 29, hasn’t been seen since Saturday in the 5000-block of Empire Drive around 10 a.m., according to a Burnaby RCMP notice issued Monday.

Coquitlam Search and Rescue was tapped to assist with the search on Tuesday.

Coquitlam SAR has been asked by @BurnabyRCMP to search for missing Nate Morgan on Capitol Hill in #Burnaby.

He is described as a white man about 5-foot-9, weighing 130 pounds with blue and brown hair, and blue eyes. Morgan was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black leather jacket, dark jeans with a chain and red running shoes.

Police say Morgan frequently hikes and camps on the trails in the Capitol Hill area of North Burnaby.
