Surrey RCMP seek trio charged in forcible confinement

Charges have been approved and arrest warrants issued for three suspects in a July 2019 forcible confinement.

In the early morning hours of July 2, Surrey RCMP were called about a man who was held against his will inside a vehicle and assaulted.

Investigators have since identified three suspects in the assault and charges were approved against the trio. Arrest warrants have been issued and police are asking the public to help find the three men.

Hashi Jama Jama, 22, is charged with forcible confinement, robbery and assault. He is described as a dark-skinned man with black hair and brown eyes.

Hassan Avdirazak Shakib, 25, is charged with forcible confinement, using an imitation firearm while committing an indictable offence and robbery. He is described as a dark-skinned man about 6-foot-2 and 154 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

William Daniels-Sey, 21, is charged with forcible confinement and robbery. He is described as a dark-skinned man with black hair and brown eyes.

Police are asking anyone with information about any of the men or their whereabouts to contact investigators at 604-599-0502.
