UAAP rejects UP’s appeal, Perasol’s 3-game ban stays

University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Commissioner Jensen Ilagan on Friday denied the appeal made by University of the Philippines (UP) to shorten the suspension coach Bo Perasol.
Perasol was handed a three-game suspension by Ilagan last Tuesday.

Perasol meted an automatic one-game suspension after being ejected in the team’s crushing defeat to Ateneo on Sunday that saw him angrily confront a game official.

But upon deliberation, the UP mentor got additional two-game suspension for his “continued flagrant acts of aggression.”
