Ex-cop falls in buy-bust in Bacolod

BACOLOD CITY – A former policeman was arrested in a buy-bust operation inside a pension house in Barangay 32 here last Saturday.

Arrested was former Police Corporal Christian Ian Dingcong, 44, of Barangay Mansilingan here, who was previously assigned at the Bacolod Police Station 2.

Seized from Dingcong were 15 sachets of suspected shabu worth P70,000, the P500 mark
