Joshua Bulot, Bryan del Rosario and Kim Ordonio of JBK are earning huge notice following the success of their single “Anestisya.”

The song has taken over playlists of top FM stations, including Win Radio, Wish, MOR and Barangay LS.
Of course, other stations across the country are catching up, making the single among hottest of the year.

“Anestisya” was written by Yman, also known as the entertainment journalist Jojo Panaligan.

It was produced by Lester Ramos for Rider PH Studios.

Said Joshua, “Blessing sa amin sobra na kami ang napili ni Jojo para bigyan buhay ang ‘Anestisya.’ Unang beses pa lang naming narinig ang kanta alam na namin na marami talaga ang makaka-relate dito.”

Jojo was inspired to write the song years back, during a trip to Thailand.

He shared, “The idea came to me while sitting by my lonesome in a bar there. I noticed a group of men laughing, having fun, except for one who was obviously going through something. I realized some guys often hide their true feelings because well, they’re men, and that’s what society expects from them.”

JBK recorded the song as a demo way back in 2016.

Jojo related, “I asked JBK’s manager, a close friend of mine, if he could ‘lend’ me the boys and thankfully, they acquiesced. When they heard the song though, they wanted to release it right away. I kept saying no for three years. I thought the timing wasn’t right.”

Fortunately, Jojo had a change of heart.

Now, “Anestisya,” is a hit not only on radio but online.

Note its video as uploaded on YouTube has already earned 300, 0000 views.

Naturally, the group is only too happy with this.
