Ridge Meadows RCMP seek suspect in overnight mischief spree

Police in the Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows area are hoping the public can help identify a suspect linked to 25 incidents of mischief late Saturday and early Sunday.

According to Ridge Meadows RCMP, a suspect pictured in surveillance footage was filmed involved in 25 incidents of mischief to vehicles. Investigators say the vehicles were all parked in the Morse Crescent and 224th Street area.

The suspect is described as having a medium build, and wore dark blue or black pants with a grey or white stripe, a dark jacket with a grey hood, a black ball camp and black shoes that appear to have red soles.

Police are asking anyone who recognizes the individual or who has information about the incidents to contact police at 604-463-6251 and cite file #2020-3493. Investigators are expected to release more information on Tuesday.
