Fresnedi shows his romantic side

As its annual tradition on Valentine’s Day, Muntinlupa City, under the leadership of Mayor Jaime Fresnedi, gives chocolates to female employees and visitors at city hall. The municipal official visited offices in the institution recently to wish the local government’s employees and constituents happiness on the day of hearts. Fresnedi was overheard saying to an elderly lady in the local language that the noblest expression of love is giving oneself in service to others.
