Sigabo: Gabo, idinaan sa biro ang naudlot na halik kay Gloria | Episode 67

Once they finish sprucing up his bedroom, Gabo (Coco Martin) apparently takes the opportunity to finally open up to Sam (Julia Montes), a.k.a. Gloria, and profess his true feelings for her. He wholeheartedly tells her that he has never expected his sudden arrival into his life, and because of that, he hopes that everything happening between them isn’t merely a dream. He also wishes that whatever he feels for her isn’t temporary, but something that will last forever.

Gabo then tells Gloria that he loves her and that he’s grateful to God for bringing her into his life. As he leans in to kiss her on the lips, Gloria, however, suddenly moves away, causing Gabo to fall face-first onto his bed. Rather than getting upset, Gabo simply laughs off their thwarted kiss by pretending to dust off the bed. He exchanged smiles and chuckles with Gloria, who then invited him outside so they could start doing the laundry.

Despite still being in pain from the wound he sustained during the fight he got involved the night before, Gabo heeds Gloria’s request. He even offers to carry the laundry basket because he doesn’t want his wife to tire herself out. He also asks if they can include his family’s dirty clothes in the laundry, to which Gloria agrees.

As he steps out of his room, Gabo mutters under his breath, “Malapit na eh,” seemingly lamenting how close he had been to kissing her. Meanwhile, Gloria appears relieved that she managed to evade his attempt.
