Upon seeing what the barber does to the customer before him, Gabo (Coco Martin) seems to have second thoughts about getting his hair cut. When he requests a military cut, the barber instead strongly suggests shaving his head completely. Gabo objects, explaining that he has taken care of his hair for a long time and that his wife wants him to get only the hairstyle he requested.

However, the barber assertively insists that Gabo go bald, prompting the disgusted Gabo to pull out his balisong, or butterfly knife. The barber frantically grabs his scissors and comb and tells Gabo that he is only joking after Gabo threatens to cut his neck.

Meanwhile, Gabo’s friends suddenly arrive in Paraiso and are shocked when Estong (Ahldrin Opilac) tells them that Gabo is getting a haircut. They initially refused to believe it, with Tekla (Sue Ramirez) insisting that Gabo has never allowed anyone to touch his hair except her. When Mang Kulas (Ahl Opilac) reveals that Gabo agreed to get a haircut at Gloria’s (Julia Montes) request, Tekla becomes enraged and barges into the barbershop, followed by the rest of the barkada.

They confirm it upon seeing Gabo sitting in the barber’s chair. Gabo explains that Gloria was the one who asked him to get a haircut before starting his job search. Tekla makes one last attempt to convince him not to go through with it, while their other friends show their support and tease Gabo about becoming submissive to his wife. Gabo denies giving in to Gloria, however, and playfully says that he’s only doing it because he loves her.
