Robinsons Land joins Pag-IBIG in offering more affordable housing under 4PH
MANILA — Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) has joined Pag-IBIG Fund’s roster of partner developers to expand affordable housing options for Filipino workers under President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (Expanded 4PH) Program.
Under a memorandum of understanding signed on Oct. 5 in Pasig City, qualified Pag-IBIG members will gain access to selected Robinsons Land and RLC Residences housing developments—including ready-for-occupancy units—with preferential pricing and buyer incentives.
The agreement comes as the nation celebrates National Shelter Month, Pag-IBIG said.
Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene C. Acosta and RLC President and CEO Mybelle Aragon-GoBio signed the agreement, witnessed by Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary and Pag-IBIG Chairman Jose Ramon P. Aliling.
Aliling said the partnership reflects the government’s push to bring homeownership within reach of more families. Acosta noted that pairing affordable property prices with lower monthly amortizations will help members maintain repayments while leaving room for essential household expenses.
Aragon-GoBio added that combining RLC’s property portfolio with Pag-IBIG financing creates broader opportunities for Filipino workers.
To improve affordability, Pag-IBIG raised its maximum housing loan limit to P10 million in June. It also offers promotional annual interest rates of 4.5 percent for loans up to P4.9 million and 5.75 percent for larger loans, fixed for three years through 2026. The partnership will also feature joint housing fairs, member briefings, and loan counseling.
