MANILA — World No. 1 pickleball player Anna Leigh Waters stars in a new commercial launched following her appointment as a global sports ambassador.

Waters appears in the 60-second campaign promoting IAM Amazing Organic Barley Gummies, with the commercial using a playful pickleball match against an animated character to highlight the sport’s competitive and recreational sides.

The campaign also focuses on the physical demands of competitive pickleball, including the energy, stamina and physical conditioning required at the highest level of the sport.

Pickleball has grown rapidly in the Philippines, with dedicated facilities opening in Metro Manila and other parts of the country as more Filipinos take up the sport.

Waters, a multi-titled professional player, is scheduled to visit Manila this month presented by Franklin Sports and IAM Worldwide.
