Bottega Veneta taps Korean star Song Hye Kyo as brand ambassador

Italian luxury fashion house Bottega Veneta has selected Korean actress Song Hye Kyo as its newest brand ambassador, further cementing her status as a global style icon. 

“I am delighted to join Bottega Veneta,” the K-drama star said in a statement. “I have always been inspired by the brand’s journey, which embraces culture and art through its exceptional craftsmanship and creativity.”

“I look forward to beginning this new chapter together,” she added.

Bottega Veneta’s creative director Louise Trotter, for her part, noted Song’s distinctive presence and enduring connection to the worlds of fashion, art, and culture.

“Her unique commitment to craft and the broader arts is deeply aligned with Bottega Veneta,” she said. 

Song is best known for starring in hit K-dramas such as “Autumn in My Heart,” “Full House,” “Descendants of the Sun,” and “The Glory.”
