Duterte’s lead impeachment lawyer has questioned the prosecution panel for suddenly withdrawing three of four Articles of Impeachment.

The House Prosecution panel said it would dispense with impeachment Articles IV and I, referring to Duterte’s alleged grave threats and CFs.
