Just recently, we got to try their revamped Sunday Brunch experience, and it was truly one we’d repeat.

Available exclusively on Sundays from 12 noon to 2:30 p.m., the brunch experience brings together the best of French gastronomy and contemporary flair. What greeted us was a sumptuous buffet spread that invites you to indulge in the finer things, from elegant seafood and caviar selections (READ: caviar bar!) to French and continental favorites like fine cheeses, Mediterranean dips and entrees, and Filipino favorites like Lechon Belly.  

Their offerings bring a touch of both European and local sophistication to the table. Adding an extra layer of indulgence to the experience is the season’s star ingredient, black truffle, lending its distinctive aroma and earthy richness to an array of gastronomic creations. Whether you’re in the mood to sample a little of everything or linger over your favorite flavors, the spread makes every trip to the buffet feel like a discovery. It’s rare that you get to sample legit truffle shavings at a brunch spread, so make the most of this offer!

But the real star of the show is the à la minute menu, which lets you choose a soup and two mains freshly prepared to satisfy your brunch cravings. Be sure to try the Wagyu Steak for a deliciously indulgent bite and the Prawn Tagliatelle, which makes for a satisfying pasta dish that’s hard to forget.

The attention to quality and detail is seen in every dish; the service is great, and every bite felt like a treat. It’s the kind of gastronomic experience you’d want to share with your nearest and dearest, for you know they also deserve the very best.
