Jessica Sanchez celebrates first birthday of daughter Eliana Mae: ‘You are the greatest blessing’

Jessica Sanchez took to social media to pen a heartwarming message for her daughter, Eliana Mae, who celebrated her first birthday.

“One year ago, my whole world changed forever. 🥹🤍 My sweet Eliana Mae, you are the greatest blessing God has ever given me. Before you, I thought I knew what love was, but nothing could have prepared me for the love I felt the moment I held you in my arms,” she wrote on her Instagram page.

Jessica went on to share how motherhood has brought her immense happiness.

“Watching you grow, hearing your little giggles, seeing your beautiful smile, and getting to be your mommy has been the greatest joy of my life. You have made even the simplest moments feel so special, and I wish I could slow down time just a little,” she remarked.

The America’s Got Talent season 20 winner also reflected on how becoming a mother has been a dream come true.

“I prayed for you, dreamed of you, and now I get to love you every single day. No matter how big you get, you will always be my little baby,” she said.

The Filipino-American singer concluded her post with a message of love and gratitude.

“Happy 1st birthday, my beautiful girl. Mommy and Daddy love you more than words could ever explain. You are our answered prayer, our greatest adventure, and our whole world. 🤍🎂 Forever grateful that God chose me to be your mommy,” she stated.

Jessica gave birth to her daughter back on October 13, 2025.

In a past interview with PEOPLE, the singer shared the meaning behind her daughter’s name.

“We chose the name Eliana because it means ‘God has answered,’ and that’s exactly how she feels. Our answered prayer, our reminder of grace and purpose,” she said.

“I’m healing, learning, and soaking in every second with her. My heart has never been this full,” she added on her new journey as a mother at that time.

Eliana is Jessica’s first child with husband Rickie Gallardo.

Jessica was nine months pregnant when she competed in the grand finale of America’s Got Talent, where she ultimately emerged as the winner.
