Atasha Muhlach denies being in a relationship: ‘Single, very very single’
Actress Atasha Muhlach denied that she is in a relationship as she is focused on her work and craft as an artist. In an interview with King of Talk Boy Abunda earlier this week, the Bongga Ka, ’Day!: The Annie Batungbakal Musical actress revealed that she also tells everyone who tries to court her about her priorities.
Atasha has also revealed in the same interview that she has never had a boyfriend or been in a situationship.
“Single, very very single,” she maintained.
She asserted that her work comes first before anything else as she shared the love she has for it, dreaming to enter the showbiz industry ever since she was a child.
“I think it’s very known that my priority talaga is my work… Meron naman pero they all know that my priority talaga is work… Actually, inadvise ko na ang priority and focus ko talaga is work,” she said.
When asked about the advice her parents give her when it comes to her love life, Atasha shared that a good heart and her happiness is enough for them.
“Actually what they always tell me is to just you know if it makes you happy, then it makes you happy. Basta mabait sila and yun lang–– as long as they have a good heart,” she relayed.
Atasha then shared in the same interview that she already had it all mapped out when she would enter the entertainment industry. After earning her business degree with honors from Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom, the actress decided to return to the country and give acting a shot.
“Ang pangarap ko actually was just to enter showbiz ever since. So the reason as to why I took business is because it allows me to put structure into my creativity kasi growing up, I’ve always been a very creative person,” she shared.
“I was always into the arts, I would always join all the school plays, I would like to draw, I would like to play music. Being surrounded with a showbiz family, it was kind of my natural environment in a way,” she added.
Meanwhile, Atasha currently plays the role of Annie Batungbakal for in the Bongga Ka, ’Day!: The Annie Batungbakal Musical, which runs until October 31 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City.
