Catriona Gray to grace 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show as special guest
Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray is set to take her iconic walk to another global stage as she attends the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show as a special guest on October 19 (Philippine time).
The beauty queen announced her upcoming appearance in an Instagram Story, exciting pageant fans, supporters, and fellow beauty queens.
The announcement also comes as Gray shared photos of her 2024 Halloween look inspired by a Victoria’s Secret Angel. The look featured a pair of massive feathered wings, a pink lace bodysuit, and blonde hair that completed her ethereal, angelic transformation.
Fellow beauty queens also expressed their excitement over Gray’s upcoming appearance, with Miss Universe Asia 2024 Chelsea Manalo, Miss World Asia 2025 Krishnah Gravidez, Miss Grand International 2024 CJ Opiaza, and Miss Grand International 2016 first runner-up Nicole Cordoves among those cheering her on.
Cordoves, in particular, previously appeared alongside Gray when the Halloween look was first unveiled in 2024.
Gray has remained one of the Philippines’ most recognizable beauty queens since her early years in pageantry. In 1999, she won the Little Miss Philippines pageant in Sydney at the age of five.
She went on to win Miss World Philippines in 2016 and represented the country at Miss World, where she finished in the Top 5.
Two years later, she returned to the national pageant scene through Binibining Pilipinas, earning the right to represent the Philippines at Miss Universe 2018.
Gray eventually secured the country’s fourth Miss Universe crown, following the victories of Gloria Diaz in 1969, Margie Moran in 1973, and Pia Wurtzbach in 2015.
Her reign left a lasting impression on pageant fans, with her signature lava walk, slow-mo twirl, and iconic red evening gown remaining among the most talked-about moments in modern pageant history.
Now, Gray is set to bring that same commanding presence to another high-profile fashion platform: the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
The annual event, organized by American lingerie and sleepwear brand Victoria’s Secret, is one of the fashion industry’s most recognizable spectacles.
Combining runway presentations, elaborate wings and costumes, and live musical performances, the show has become a major promotional platform for the brand since its debut in the 1990s. After a hiatus following its 2018 edition, the fashion show returned in 2024 with a renewed focus on fashion, entertainment, and a broader representation of women.
The 2026 edition is expected to feature an impressive lineup of established Victoria’s Secret Angels and prominent fashion models.
Furthermore, the show will also feature performances by KATSEYE, Megan Moroney, Megan Thee Stallion, and Tate McRae.
The 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is scheduled to air live from Los Angeles on October 18 at 4:30 p.m. Pacific time (7:30 p.m. Eastern time), which translates to October 19 at 7:30 a.m. Philippine time.
