Claudia Schiffer modeled the piece for these campaigns, but it did not appear on the runway until 1999, when Tyra Banks wore it to close the show.

Designed by Harry Winston, the Diamond Dream Bra featured a strapless satin base with a sweetheart neckline lined with 100 diamonds. At its center is a 75.54-carat natural Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond, surrounded by 4,409 additional diamonds totaling 1,373 carats, including Jacob & Co.’s Angel-Cut.
