SC: eNotarization now officially operational

MANILA — The Supreme Court announced Monday that eNotarization, or electronic notarization of documents, is officially operational.

The historic first day of eNotarization was held in Taguig City, witnessed by Supreme Court Senior Associate Justice Marvic Leonen, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, Information and Communications Secretary Robert Joseph de Claro and Anti-Red Tape Authority Ernesto Perez.

The SC eNotarization may be availed by registering with the first batch of its accredited Electronic Notarization Facilities (ENFs): Twala, QLegal and NotarizeIT.

The ENFs may be accessed through sc.judiciary.gov.ph/enotarization/registration-portal/.

After registration, an Electronic Notary Public (ENP) may be chosen from the list of those commissioned, posted at sc.judiciary.gov.ph/enotarization/commissioned-enps/.
