Ana (Janine Gutierrez) fears she may suffer the same heartbreak Imelda (Carmina Villaroel) endured in the October 19 episode of “The Loyalty Game.”

With the continuous loyalty tests Beth (Sofia Andres) puts Ben (Jericho Rosales) through and the sudden appearance of her father, which badly affected their family, Ana reflects on how Imelda was able to survive the pain of betrayal that Reynaldo (Antonio Aquitania) caused her. “How does a woman forgive a man who cheated on her? Iniwan ka, pinagpalit ka sa iba.”

Ana finds it unbelievable to forgive someone who betrayed her. As secrets continue to surround her marriage with Ben, including his connection with Mara (Yassi Pressman), her anxiety continues to grow. “Kung mangyari sa akin yun, hindi ko yata makakayanan,” Ana affirms.

Tears start to well up on Ana’s face as she continues to imagine what she would do if what her mother went through happened to her. “Hindi ko yata makakayanan. Hindi ko alam kung anong gagawin ko. Hindi ko alam kung anong kaya kong gawin.”

Ben tries to calm her down. “Hinding-hindi mangyayari sa atin ’yun. Hinding-hindi.” He reminds her of how much he loves her.
