Noel Cabangon to stage benefit concert

MANILA — OPM singer-songwriter Noel Cabangon will headline a benefit concert billed as “Kanlungan Para sa Hospice” at UPLB Makiling Botanic Gardens in Los Baños, Laguna on November 12.

The concert is part of Madre de Amor Hospice Foundation, Inc.’s Help Build A Hospice campaign to establish a permanent home for the organization and expand its care services for patients with serious illnesses.

“Samahan n’yo po ako sa isang gabi ng musika para sa isang makabuluhang layunin. Ngayong November 12, magkikita-kita tayo sa Kanlungan para sa Hospice, isang benefit concert kasama ang UPLB Choral Ensemble,”  Cabangon wrote.

The benefit concert was announced more than a week after Cabangon dropped his latest album “Katiyakan,” which features nine tracks. 

Cabangon is known for his hits including “Kanlungan” and  “Kahit Maputi Na Ang Buhok Ko.”
