Derek Ramsay says daughter Lily is ‘one of the most beautiful reasons I keep going’

Derek Ramsay has been known to share his favorite bonding moments with his daughter Lily, whom he currently co-parents with his estranged wife, Ellen Adarna. Along with his parents, Derek took Lily to Hong Kong Disneyland where they celebrated her second birthday. 

In his Instagram post last October 22, Derek wrote about how much he loves his only daughter, “Happy 2nd Birthday to my little princess, Lily. ❤️🎂👑 That look you’re giving Daddy says a thousand words without saying a single one. ❤️ I don’t know what goes through that little mind of yours when you look at me like that, but I know one thing for sure is you have my whole heart.”

In the same post, Derek said that he considers Lily as the greatest blessing. “You may only be two, but you’ve already given my life a love that words will never be enough to explain. No matter how big you grow, you will always be Daddy’s little girl, my greatest blessing, and one of the most beautiful reasons I keep going. Love you my Lilyput 😍😍,” he added.

Last year, Derek was not able to be with his daughter during her first birthday, but shared how important she was to him.

He wrote, “I want you to know lilyput that there is nothing I wouldn’t do for you. I will always be here to hold you, to guide you, to laugh with you, to comfort you. To protect you with everything I have. My love for you is endless, unconditional, and unshakable. No matter how big you get, no matter where life takes you, you will always have a home in my heart. You are my sunshine, my little miracle, my everything. I am so proud to be your parent. And I cannot wait to watch you grow into the incredible person I already know you are becoming. “Well, lets not rush the growing up part.” Love you!!! PAPA.”
