Meet Tim Constantino, the Pinoy businessman expanding his footprint in Guam

Managing businesses across multiple industries requires more than business acumen. For Tim Constantino, who leads the Stan Group of Companies in Guam, it also means building teams, developing talent and creating opportunities for Filipinos.

The group’s business interests span financing, entertainment, food, marketing, outsourcing and accounting. Constantino also helps lead SGPO (Stan Global Process Outsourcing), which provides services ranging from financial advisory and accounting to revenue cycle management, data analytics and AI-powered business support.

Through its services and leadership training programs, SGPO aims to help businesses improve operations, develop leaders and pursue sustainable growth.

Beyond the demands of running businesses, Constantino maintains an active lifestyle and always makes time for his family. His fitness routine focuses on strength, mobility and endurance, while his personal habits reflect a disciplined approach to managing a demanding schedule.

Yet those closest to him know there is more to him than corporate success. He is also a devoted father and a family man who believes that love is best expressed through the little things.

His sister Mikee describes her brother as one of the most thoughtful people she knows. He remembers even the smallest details about the people he loves, including their favorite snacks and treats, which he sometimes surprises them with.

He also has a sentimental side. Despite his busy schedule, he makes time to write heartfelt notes and send cards, especially to his daughter, Sollie. For Constantino, affection is expressed through handwritten messages, hugs, kisses and a willingness to stand by loved ones through difficult times.

That gentler side does not mean he is easily intimidated. Mikee describes him as firm and determined, particularly at work.
