Michael Sager, Inigo Pascual and Jaz Henry of G22 named as brand ambassadors of EMBODY Philippines

Cornerstone artists Michael Sager, Inigo Pascual, and Jaz Henry of G22 have been tapped as the brand ambassadors of the latest holistic competition, Embody Philippines. The three were announced during the launch of the competition last October 22 at the PARQAL Mall in Parañaque City.

Embody Philippines is a holistic competition format that brings together the discipline of fitness, the presence of a pageant, and the storytelling of a personal journey. The upcoming competition aims to be the premier fitness and wellness movement in the country which celebrates strength, well-being, performance, and purpose.

The three expressed how honored and grateful they are that they were tapped as brand ambassadors since they’re all into fitness–– both physically and mentally.

“Honestly speaking, for me, it was almost an instant yes. I’ve always wanted to be a part of a movement that magnifies health and wellness not only physically but mentally so instant yes,” Jaz shared.

Inigo, who had a knee injury earlier this year, shared his initial hesitation to say yes to the role. He later realized how it was the perfect opportunity for him to continue his physical journey despite the injury.

“At first, I was kind of hesitant because I recently injured my knee this year but then you know for me, I have to find something to kind of stay healthy and take care of my fitness pa rin. I think this is the perfect place to do it–– the perfect opportunity to really tap into the potential that I know what I can do even if I’m injured. Para sa akin, I’m just really grateful,” Inigo added.

Meanwhile, Michael shared how EMBODY goes beyond the physical aspect of the pageantry but it also taps into holistic wellness.

“That’s something that we want to do and I feel like sometimes we don’t need to be perfect–– there’s no perfect in this world, we all have flaws. Once we accept the impurities, the imperfections that we have with ourselves, feeling ko that’s when you really EMBODY it. When you’re fulfilled with what you do and who you are, that’s the confidence that will radiate from within you,” Michael said.

EMBODY Philippines is more than just a competition as it also allows people to be inspired from the stories that the contestants bring to the table. More than looking good, the pageant is about empowering individuals to use their strength, passion, and influence to inspire others and create meaningful change in their respective communities.

The pageant is open to all males and females who are Filipino or of Filipino descent and are 18-45 years old at the time of application. More details about the competition could be found on their official website and social media accounts.
