InnerVoices gives Christmas classic ‘O Holy Night’ a fresh rendition
InnerVoices has released its rendition of the Christmas hymn “O Holy Night,” featuring additional lyrics by Rey Roland Bergado that place greater emphasis on praise while retaining the song’s message of faith.
The arrangement by Edward Mitra combines dreamy instrumentation with a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of Christmases past. A solo vocal performance adds warmth to the rendition, which seeks to preserve the reverence of the original hymn while appealing to contemporary listeners.
“O Holy Night” has been performed by artists around the world over the years, with different interpretations highlighting its themes of faith, hope and the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ.
InnerVoices’ version offers a fresh interpretation through its revised lyrics and contemporary musical arrangement.
The recording credits Bergado for the additional lyrics and production, Mitra for the arrangement, and Ruben Tecson for sound engineering.
