EXCLUSIVE: Kira Ballinger, Kobie Brown, Dylan Yturralde, Jas Dudley-Scales, LelQuin share advice for new PBB Collab 3.0 housemates
As a new batch of housemates begins its journey inside the iconic Pinoy Big Brother house, former housemates Kira Ballinger, Kobie Brown, Dylan Yturralde, Jas Dudley-Scales, Lella Ford, and Joaquin Arce have some words of advice to help them make the most of their experience.
In an exclusive interview with PUSH ABS-CBN, the former housemates shared the lessons they learned during their respective stays and encouraged the new housemates to embrace the experience, stay true to themselves, and enjoy every moment inside the yellow house.
Kira, who was part of PBB Collab Celebrity Edition Season 1, encouraged the new housemates not to overthink their actions and simply allow themselves to be who they are.
“Siguro, don’t overthink it. Totoo, it may sound cliche, pero really don’t overthink it. Just be yourself talaga. Doon ka talaga mamahalin ng tao. And to cherish the experience kasi I think a lot of us housemates, I can speak for them na we all miss being in that house talaga, it feels like one big sleepover. Talagang i-cherish mo yan kasi when you’re outside na, mami-miss niyo po talaga,” Kira said.
Meanwhile, PBB Connect housemate Kobie Brown shared the same advice, reminding the new batch not to change themselves just to impress others.
“Ako yung advice ko para sa bagong papasok sa Bahay ni Kuya is just really be yourself. Iyon lang talaga. Don’t try to be someone you’re not. Don’t try to be someone for the camera because, in the end, lalabas at lalabas yun. And just be yourself. Enjoy the experience and just make the most out of every day that you have in the house,” he expressed.
For PBB Gen 11 housemate Dylan Yturralde, being present and appreciating every moment inside the house is something the new housemates should remember.
“Mag-focus kayo, guys, kung nasaan kayo ngayon, diyan (sa loob). And enjoy nyo yung moment na yan, kasi hindi naman maulit. Sabi nga namin, ewan ko, sobrang blessed ko kasi same kami nang naiisip ng mga kabatch ko. Kailangan enjoyin natin to, kasi once na lumabas ka nandito, you can never go back,” he said.
He added that even if former housemates get the chance to return to the house, the experience will never be the same.
“Makakabalik ka man, as a guest, it’s never the same. Kasi na-experience mo na siya, so enjoyin nyo lang. Do your best, and always remember. Sinabi ko to sa mga housemates na never take everything, anything personal. Kasi pag tinake mo ng personal, hindi ka mag-enjoy. So enjoy the process,” Dylan stated.

Meanwhile, PBB Collab 2.0 housemates Lella Ford and Joaquin Arce offered advice on staying grounded and holding on to their values throughout the experience.
“Mag-aral kayo ng recipes. Sobrang excited ako manood (now). Stick to your moral compass. Stick to God and your values,” Joaquin said.
Lella added, “Advice ko lang is don’t try too hard and just really be yourself and piliin niyo maging mabuti araw-araw.”
For her part, Jas Dudley-Scales, also from PBB Gen 11, expressed how proud she was to see a new group of housemates beginning their own journey inside the famous house. She assured them that their fellow former housemates would be there to support them once they leave the competition.
“My message for them when they come out is, we’re proud of you. We know what you’ve gone through. Nandito lang kami mga ex-housemates. Tayo-tayo lang naman talaga yung magtutulungan din when you go out,” she said
Jas also extended her message to the viewers and supporters, reminding everyone to be mindful of the words they share about the housemates, who are also navigating a challenging experience.
“Advice ko nalang siguro is the people watching or the supporters, that’s all. Give grace. Give love. Careful of the words that we put out there because at the end of the day, they’re all human beings. We’re all human beings. There’s so much room for improvement also. So, yun lang. I’m very excited. Congrats to PBB. Congrats already to the housemates also,” she expressed.
