10 things to know about “PBB Collab 3.0” housemate Bela Arcal
Due to her bubbly and wacky personality, it’s apparently not hard for the housemates and avid viewers of “Pinoy Big Brother Collab 3.0” alike to adore Bela Arcal. But behind her vivacious persona actually lies a woman who has gone through a lot of hardships and heartbreaks in life, which she has gradually opened up about through her interactions with her fellow housemates and Kuya over the past couple of weeks inside the house.
There’s actually more to know about Bela as she enthusiastically shared 10 interesting trivia about herself in this episode of ABS-CBN Studios’ “Atin A10 Lang”!
Bela began by stating the obvious: she’s naturally loquacious and straightforward, depending on the situation. She also tends to overshare, often imparting stories even when nobody asks.
Just in case you’re wondering why she was given the moniker “Overseas Factory Senpai ng Cavite,” it’s because Bela, whose favorite food is corned beef, used to work as a factory worker in Japan. In her introduction video, she disclosed that she initially worked as a salesclerk at a mall here in the Philippines. However, since her income wasn’t enough, she decided to move to the Land of the Rising Sun and work as a fruit peeler to make her dream of overcoming financial struggles and finally living a more comfortable life come true.
Aside from being able to help her beloved family in their finances, another achievement that came as a result of her hard work abroad was her nose job, something she takes immense pride in because she was able to afford it using her own hard-earned money, which she had diligently saved over three and a half years of working in Japan.
During her first-ever one-on-one conversation with Kuya inside the confession room, Bela revealed that she had undergone the procedure in May 2026, five months before entering Bahay ni Kuya.
Not many people may be aware of this, but Bela is actually a content creator. According to her, she started creating content early this year after experiencing heartbreak.
Bela also couldn’t help but show off her playful side as she mentioned her being beautiful as one of the interesting things about her—which, of course, is true—while striking a little pose for the camera.
She went on to add that she also has a swaggering walk, or what she described as “siga maglakad.” She revealed that she has scoliosis, a condition that causes an abnormal curve in the spine.
