Guevarra’s by Chef Laudico launches Christmas buffet menu

MANILA — Guevarra’s by Chef Laudico will roll out its 2026 Christmas menu on November 16, offering a festive selection of dishes inspired by Filipino holiday traditions and the familiar flavors of family gatherings.

Available through January 1, 2027, the seasonal menu draws inspiration from the Filipino tradition of salu-salo, bringing together festive main courses and traditional Christmas desserts for families and friends celebrating the holidays.

The restaurant is also highlighting two holiday recipes from chefs Lau and Jac Laudico. Chef Lau presents White Lasagna, a creamy dish suited for family gatherings, while executive pastry chef Jac Laudico puts a twist on the familiar Filipino banana cue with Banana Q Pudding.

The two dishes reflect the restaurant’s approach to holiday cooking, combining familiar flavors with contemporary preparations.

Guevarra’s is known for its Filipino buffet, and its Christmas offerings aim to bring the spirit of the season to the dining table through food traditionally associated with sharing and family celebrations.
